Getting started
How does it work?
You chat with Naya about your business, the way you would explain it to a new customer. She builds your website as you talk, and you watch it come together. When you like it, you pay and it goes live with your own .co.za.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. If you can describe your business, Naya can build it. You talk the way you normally do, and Naya takes care of the technical side.
Can I see my website before I pay?
Yes. Building a preview with Naya is free. You only pay when you want it live.
How long until I am live?
Your website is live within 1 working day of payment. Your own .co.za address follows as soon as you confirm your email, usually the same day.
I already have a website. Can you move it?
Naya builds you a new one from a conversation. You keep your existing web address by connecting it from your account.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every website Naya builds is made for phones first, because that is where most of your customers will see it.
Prices and paying
How much does it cost?
From R5 000 once-off, which builds your website and covers your first year. From year two, from R249 a month. The plans differ in pages, changes a month and support; see the pricing page for all three.
What happens after the first year?
From R249 a month keeps your website online, your web address renewed and Naya on call. Cancel any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time. Your .co.za stays yours.
Do you add VAT?
Appetite Technology is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. The price shown is the full price.
How do I pay?
By card or instant EFT. Payments are handled by Paystack, so we never see your card details.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us within 30 days and we refund you in full. No reason needed, no conditions.
What if a payment fails?
We try again over the next week and email you each time. If it still has not gone through, you get 7 more days of grace with your website still live. After that it is paused, not deleted, and we keep your content for at least 30 days. It comes back the moment a payment succeeds.
What if I need a bigger website?
Bigger than Turbo? Enterprise builds run R25 000 to R50 000 once-off, then from R999 a month after your included first year. What moves the price: how many pages, how many locations, which systems we connect your site to, and how much custom code the job needs. Tell us what you have in mind and we will quote it properly.
Your web address
Do I own my web address?
Yes. Your .co.za is registered in your name, not ours. If you ever leave, it stays yours.
Do I pay extra to renew my web address?
No. A web address has to be renewed every year, and that is included. Your first year comes with your package. From year 2 your monthly subscription covers it, and while your plan is active we renew it for you.
I already have a web address. Can I use it?
Yes. From your account you can move it to us, or keep it where it is and we show you exactly what to do.
Changes and help
Can I change my website later?
Ask Naya. Your plan includes 20, 50 or 100 Naya credits a month, and a change uses 1, and every version is saved so nothing is ever lost.
Can I add my own photos and logo?
Yes. Once your website is live, send Naya photos from your phone and your logo. She asks what each photo shows and puts it in the right place.
What if I need help?

Your information
Where is my information kept?
Your account and website live in secure data centres in the European Union. A few services we use, such as the AI behind Naya and our email delivery, are in the United States. All of it is protected under POPIA's rules for sending information abroad, and we never sell it.
